31 Aug Makers and Finders
Yet another coffee shop in Downtown Las Vegas with basically no vegan offerings — unless you want to eat a dry bagel. What Makers and Finders does offer is a light, airy coffee shop situated in the heart of the growing Main Street corridor in the Arts District, and some tasty coffee and tea selections.
We’d love to hang here more than for just a drink, but there aren’t too many food options to keep us coming back for anything other than a catch-up or work session. While their “Latin comfort fare” is diverse, and definitely fills up the place at meal times, we were bummed to see that the plant-eating population doesn’t have any real options. There are about two items on the menu you can tweak (see bagel above).
Hopefully, like PublicUs, they will take a bit more notice and offer some more culinary treats … because (again, like PublicUs) we really dig the spot and want to give them our dollar dollar bills.
Side note: they recently extended their hours, so now people can come and hang out past four and enjoy some cocktails, too!
