International dining has found a special home at Fleur by Hubert Keller inside Mandalay Bay. With the Master Chef at the helm, this special dining experience features small plates packed with flavor in a fantastic atmosphere.
While the restaurant doesn’t have a dedicated vegan menu, the vegetarian menu it does offer can be tweaked for a vegan experience. Tapping into countries from all over the world, Keller creates dishes like fried rice from Peru, or quinoa-stuffed baby bell peppers, kimchi fried rice from Japan, organic arugula salad (hold the parmesan) from the States and more.
